Refund and Return Policy
- 15 Day Money Back Guarantee: If after receiving the products, you are not satisfied for whatever reason Namaste BioCBD will refund your money minus shipping costs. All requests need to be done in writing explaining why you are not satisfied with the product with 15 days of making the purchase.
- Return Policy: You may return unopened products in original packaging within 15 days from the date which the order was placed, for a refund of the purchase price. Only qualified, unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges). In order to return a product, you must contact us via email or phone and submitting a written request. If the item is damaged or defective, we may request for you to email us pictures of damaged or defective merchandise. If a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount (excluding shipping charges). You will be responsible for shipping charges to us for non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
